By ordering through Riochristian, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies in place to ensure that you fully understand our returns and refund procedures. These policies apply to the country (United States).

15 Day Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy. This means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and also product images received and send them to us via email: [email protected]

Don't worry—our packages do not have a return label. Simply contact [email protected] and we'll help you order a return or exchange.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include the following information in your return request:

+ Order code and full name
+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reason for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as evidence for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If a refund is available, it will be issued within 5 – 7 business days. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to be credited to your account.

 Product or Problem Damaged and Wrong

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and fix it. To return your product, you should contact our mail.


We only exchange damaged goods, wrong products, wrong sizes or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

Return shipping costs

– Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.

– Customers pay return shipping fees for non-defective products.

– Shipping costs are not refundable if the customer orders the wrong product. If the customer orders the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs to return the product.

– Customers return products by mail.

– There is no restocking fee when returning.

– In all cases of exchange/return, it is necessary to send videos and images of the product upon receipt, clearly labeled to ensure that the product was ordered by us and clearly state the product's defects.


We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, it will be issued within 5 – 7 days and you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.


If you wish to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, in which case we will refund you in full. Cancellations after that time may be considered a “Change of Mind” refund.

Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, including street and house numbers, so that you can receive the goods accurately on time. If the shipping address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thank you for your understanding.
