Shipping information

Order verification: Please check your shopping cart carefully before placing your order. Once placed, you cannot change the order information after 8 hours because the order has begun production. Orders processed for shipping cannot be canceled.

Shipping options:

We have standard shipping: $7.95 (5 – 7 business days)
Express delivery: $23.95 (3 – 5 business days)
Free shipping on all orders over $100

Processing time: Allow up to 3 – 5 business days for shipping. Each product is made to order. Post-processing, an email with tracking information and estimated delivery date will be sent. Shipping time at checkout does not include handling time.

Carriage

Address accuracy: Make sure the shipping address is correct when confirming the order. Re-shipping due to incorrect address is at the buyer’s expense.
Package tracking: USPS may not update tracking information until delivery. Tracking is provided for all orders. Inquiries about orders older than 14 business days from the date of order will be resolved.
Returns & Liability: Packages returned to sender and canceled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not liable for packages accepted by USPS. For problems with packages being lost from the carrier, stolen or returned, please message us via email so we can resolve them for you.

Policy Agreement: Purchase from this site implies agreement with these policies.

Defective or wrong product:

Contact customer service at [email protected] if an item is defective or incorrect. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Returns must be within 15 days of receiving the label. Late returns will be refused and sent back.

Station gift exchange policy

Eligibility: Items must be new, unused, and unwashed to be eligible for exchange.

Exchange process:
Contact us now for shipping instructions to the return address.
Once received, a gift card with the item’s price will be emailed, valid for all purchases on the site.
Worn or washed items will be donated without a gift card being issued.

Time Frame: Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of the original package.

Restrictions: No exchanges for holiday-related items. Late exchanges will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Station gift return policy

Return conditions: Items must be new, unused and unwashed. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of the original.

Compensation:

Deductions: Original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.
Ineligible items: Worn or washed items will be given away without a refund.

Customer Responsibility: Shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

Process: Include packing slip clearly stating returns/exchanges. This facilitates a faster process.

Processing time: Allow 15 business days for exchange/return processing once received. Email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

Wholesale purchases: No returns or exchanges on items purchased at wholesale discounts or for resale.
